The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits:

Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or additional charges.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Botennica offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

7.2 Payment and Billing

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

7.3 Free Trial

We offer a unlimited free trial for all users to create 1 chatbot. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botennica Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content, but we retain rights to the Service platform and any improvements or modifications we make.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability and Support

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botennica from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination
